We treat a variety of concerns including PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem and sleep issues, grief and loss, adjustment, life transitions, emotional regulation, and more through provision of evidence-based assessment and treatment and provide treatment in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Short Term Crisis Intervention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
We are honoured to work with a variety of clients and have been particularly passionate about providing services to first responders as well as women who are pregnant or in the postpartum period.
We believe that keeping yourself mentally healthy is just as important as looking after one’s physical health.
