We will work with you to determine the best approach for providing care.

Yes, we have both clinical and neuropsychologists on staff and are well versed in providing psychodiagnostic, psychoeducational, and learning disability assessments.

No, private psychology services are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).  

Many extended health benefits plans include coverage for psychological services. The amount of coverage varies from plan-to-plan, so it’s best to check with your benefits provider and/or employer to find out what your coverage is. We do provide a receipt that can be used for reimbursement should your plan cover services provided by a psychologist. 

Some of our providers are registered to provide services under the WSIB Community Mental Health Program.

No, you don’t need to be referred – you can make an appointment directly. Please be aware that some extended health benefit plans may require physician referral to access coverage – you can check with your benefit provider or employer to determine your coverage requirements. 

Payment can be provided by major credit card or e-transfer, at the time of services.
